JBL
Lead UX Designer on a number of dedicated product promotion pages within JBL.com
In my capacity as a UX Lead on a number of JBL, my responsibilities included: assisting in interpreting client briefs with project managers, further developing functional and strategic requirements, assisting creatives in ideation from both a UX and Dev perspective, quickly sketching rough wires, creating content structure schematics, developing detailed wireframes, producing basic Invison prototypes, and presenting to client. I formed a close relationship with creatives and designers, working together to creatively convey product features in a functional and engaging manner.
The following are just a few examples of my contribution to the JBL site.
Component Guide
Following numerous discussions with the JBL team regarding requirements for designing components within their site, I saw the need for a detailed component reference document.

Sample pages from the component guide
Taking the initiative, I dissected the existing live site templates for components, cross-referencing with client direction, to produce a detailed set of visual guidelines for designers for future work.
Pulse 3
As with many of the JBL product page, the challenge is to convey the quality and power of the sound produced visually.

Samples of JBL Pulse 3 concepting process
As the Lead UX Designer for the JBL Pulse 3 promotional page, I lead the initial ideation session with the UI Designers, talking through ideas and ensuring page requirements are met.
Boombox
As JBL's most powerful portable Bluetooth speaker, the promotional page for the Boombox needed to highlight it's 'monstrous' capabilities, while also promoting the product's other features.

Conceptual wireframes for the JBL Boombox product page
I quickly worked up a number of wireframed concepts, exploring methods of visually communicating the product's powerful audio output. Ultimately, although the concepts were well received, the project was taken in a different direction.
